So my immediate boss says that her boss has not yet even opened the email she sent her regarding my Annual Review.  She did say though that it is not uncommon for people to receive their raise, if they're receiving one before they go through the motions of their review.  My raise wouldn't be effective until this current pay period that started on ( Read more... )
